MASTS:
Exceptional visibility with new clear view masts, which
are the outcome of a technologically innovative design.
Facilitates ease for the operator. Tasks can be completed
with maximum speed and precision. Available in duplex
versions with and without free lift, the new masts allows
power consumption, cycle times and operational dimensions
to be optimized to maximum advantage.
The drive wheel is of a large diameter and width, thus giving a powerful acceleration without wheel spin and allows short braking distance. Traction Drive Unit of simple design facilitates quick replacement of drive unit. Torque remains constant at any motor speed, a feature of singular importance in enabling the negotiation of gradients, when carrying the rated load.
Hydraulic lift system consists of an integrated power unit
comprising of a motor rated to match the required hydraulic
flow with pump, electric raise/lower control valves and oil
filters.
The battery is housed in a single enclosure and positioned transversely in the machine, improving longitudinal stability whilst preventing instability during acceleration.
with extra reinforcements ensure high turning rigidity and
prevent tipping. The latest design of rollers and side control
in the fork cradles means higher precision and longer life.
